About Peel Plays

Peel Plays started with a simple, repeated problem: it is raining, the kids need to move, and there is no single place to find out where to take them. Information about play spaces in Peel Region is scattered across municipal park pages, outdated blog posts and review sites that mix a splash pad in Caledon with a trampoline park in another province. We built the directory we wanted to use ourselves.

What the directory covers

We currently list 75 places to play across the three Peel municipalities — Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon. That includes indoor play centres, trampoline parks, inclusive kids gyms and family entertainment venues, alongside municipal playgrounds, spray pads and riverside parks. Every listing carries its city, whether it is indoor or outdoor, a short plain-English description, a link to the operator's own website where one exists, and a Google Maps link so you can get directions in one tap.

How we write our listings

Our descriptions are written by us. We do not paste in operator marketing copy or scrape text from other directories. For featured venues we publish longer editorial write-ups that describe who the space actually suits — the age range, how busy it gets, what a parent should expect — based on our own visits, observations and research. Where we are unsure of something, we say so rather than inventing a detail.

Peel Plays is not affiliated with any of the businesses listed, and we are not affiliated with the City of Mississauga, the City of Brampton, the Town of Caledon or the Region of Peel. Listings are not paid placements. Being featured is an editorial decision, not a purchase. The site is supported by third-party advertising, which is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and corrections

Hours, prices, policies and even venue names change often, and the businesses themselves are always the authoritative source. We check listings periodically, but we ask readers to confirm details directly with a venue before travelling. If you spot something wrong, out of date, or a place we have missed, tell us and we will fix it.
